Barelli MSFS Addons Rome Ciampino (LIRA) for MSFS-2020

Rome-Ciampino makes up, together with the Fiumicino Intercontinental "Leonardo da Vinci" (LIRF / FCO) the airport system serving the Italian capital. Before the crisis caused by the Covid pandemic, the number of passengers who passed through Ciampino airport was close to 6 million/year (2017).

In 2022, LIRA was in fourteenth place in the ranking of passenger traffic among Italian airports, with over 3 million and 400 thousand transits and - despite the limitation of daily flights, imposed for environmental reasons - thanks also to the commercial policies of various low cost companies, continues to be one of the fastest growing national airports. Ciampino is connected to the main European destinations (but also non-European ones, like Morocco) and the busiest routes are, in order, those with London, Madrid, Bucharest, Lisbon, Dublin, Athens, Berlin, Paris, Cologne and Manchester. As far as national routes are concerned, the connection with Cagliari is in first place.
