At iniBuilds Store, we strive for complete customer satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital software products are generally non-refundable once the license key has been activated or the product downloaded.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Await Authorization

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our return criteria and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, include the RMA form, and ship the parcel to the return address provided by our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
